Baingan Ka Bartha

Ingredients:
1 Brinjal(Baingan)
2 5 onions
3 3 Tomatoes
4 3tsp Oil
5 Salt
6 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
7 2tsp Coriander leaves


Method:

1) Roast the brinjal on a medium flame till its skin get charred.cool and then peel and mash.
2) Heat  oil in a pan add chopped onion fry till light golden brown.add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder fry till the oil rises to the surface.
3) Add the mashed brinjal and cook for 5 minutes on low flame .add paste of coriander leaves and mix well.
