Aalu -Methi Ki Sbzi

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Methi
  • oil
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 2tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Potato
  • salt
  • 1/2tspchilli powder
  • 4 Greenchilli
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


Method:

   1)    Heat oil in a pan ,add jeera  ,chopped onion and fry till golden brown Now add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder ,chopped green chilli and and fry till oil rises to the surface.
   2)    Add chopped potatoes and methi cook for 10 minutes on low flame.now serve sabzi with chappaties.
